ABOUT THE TAVI CENTRE
Sometimes in life we feel stuck. We may feel depressed, anxious, helpless, afraid or alone. At The TAVI Centre for Integrated Mental Health + Wellness, we believe that the process of exploring and making sense of our thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviours, leads to positive change and greater freedom.
The TAVI approach to therapy is supportive and collaborative. As experienced and certified psychotherapy and counselling professionals the TAVI Centre is able to provide a safe and private setting in which we can work to understand and address real-life difficulties that cause depression, anxiety, problems with self-esteem as well as relationship and professional challenges.

WHAT'S IN A NAME?
The TAVI centre was named with intention. We believe that just like the African proverb "it TAkes a VIllage to raise a child", the same applies to supporting mental health in the community. With over two decades of experience in counselling and psychotherapy, The Tavi Centre is made up of a group of highly trained and accredited mental health, counselling, coaching and guidance professionals who can help you reach your life and mental health goals.
